As Director of Acquisitions, Nav is the chief point of contact for inquires regarding Acquisitions or Dispositions of property, and is standing by to discuss or review new acquisition candidates.

Nav comes to Oak Knoll Value with a well rounded technology background, bringing experience in both account executive lead generation and JavaScript database development. As a proud Penn Stater, Nav never passes up the chance to see Ohio State lose in Beaver Stadium.

Jennifer DuBorg

Director of Real Estate/Principal

Jennifer has been involved with real estate investing since 2006 and has served as the principal member of Oak Knoll Value since 2021. Jennifer is responsible for portfolio management oversight for all multifamily, office, and retail properties.

Prior to joining Oak Knoll Value, Jennifer worked at the Expedia Group (Nasdaq: EXPE) in various marketing management roles covering hospitality assets in United States and Canada. Jennifer has 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in marketing, asset management, leasing and development. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California - Davis and enjoys mentoring other women through CREW - Commercial Real Estate Women Network.
